We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our high-performing Supply Chain team. This dynamic role is key to supporting our global freight movements and ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in:
Coordinating inbound and outbound global shipments from 3PLs and factories across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas
Managing freight documentation and customs clearance to ensure timely, compliant deliveries
Supporting production logistics and minimising airfreight reliance through strategic consolidation
Troubleshooting logistics issues and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Providing logistics support for retail store builds and maintenance projects
Reporting on shipping performance, freight costs, and carbon emissions
Collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Finance, Production, and Retail Operations teams
About You
2-4 years' experience in international logistics or supply chain (retail/fashion industry preferred)
Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs compliance, and global freight procedures
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset
Confident with Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and freight platforms
