Job description
Our client is a private, independently-run leader in tertiary education, delivering specialist higher education courses. With stable leadership and over 30 years of history, they are preparing for a new phase of growth and evolution.
The Role
- Lead Marketing team of 10-12 staff across digital, PR, graphic design, product, brand and campaign management
- Developing and delivering growth strategies to drive new student enrolments and meet revenue targets
- Championing the brand vision across various teams, including educating the business on market insights and marketing performance
- Managing operations and campaigns within a regulated environment, delivering on financial, compliance and policy requirements
- Key member of the senior executive team
The Candidate
- Degree qualification in Marketing business or management related fields (Masters preferred)
- At least five years' experience in a similar role with a track record of success achieving outcomes
- Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of regulation, compliance and policy for marketing in the education sector
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects across geographical locations
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing and acquisition strategies in a digital environment
- Highly developed relationship management and negotiation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to personal excellence and achievement of targets
- Self-disciplined and independently driven, but also able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals
- Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems and processes
