Essential criteria (skills, experience, Qualifications)

* Demonstrated experience in operating with initiative to deliver tasks and meet deadlines

* Demonstrated experience in prioritising and delivering high levels of customer / member service

* Demonstrated experience in working autonomously and flexibly as well as collaborating within a similar small team environment

* Good levels of verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail

Preferred criteria:

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Marketing experience in working in a similar industry / environment
