Job description
Our client has been providing Australia with the finest hand-crafted home decor for over 40 years, with locations spanning across ACT NSW and QLD.
The position reports to the general manager, is based in Sydney, and will lead a small team across all aspects of branding communication and creative output across the business. This includes setting strategy and execution of all marketing and branding, product launches and consumer communications, external branding, advertising as well as collaboration with key stakeholder management regarding commercial awareness through tactful market research across the regions.
You will be able to a demonstrate previous achievements in a similar branding or marketing role either in-house or agency-side, preferably with 6-8 years' experience within the homeware, hardware, lifestyle or interiors environment where you've been a vital tool in the overall implementation of business growth and product development across the marketplace.
This role would suit someone with a creative and innovative eye for bringing marketing and branding to life through campaigns combining ATL BTL and digital channels whilst possessing a business savvy and sales focussed mentality to continuously improve the brand nationally.
You will be a strong communicator, have an eye for detail, analytical, and individually unique in your leadership approach.
