A highly acclaimed luxury fashion brand is looking for a Payroll Manager to join the team. This fashion retailer is a successful player in its category with a premium product offering both in retail stores globally and on line. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for all payroll initiatives within head office and all retail sites globally.

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Alternate fortnightly payroll for Australia, US, UK and France
• Ensuring payroll related journals are maintained
• Reconciling payroll accounts
• General process improvement

You will have a proven track record within a retail multi-site environment and have extensive knowledge and understanding of retail awards and the legalities of workplace relations in a retail environment.

Ideally you will have:

• Extensive experience in payroll for a retail environment
• Experience from a brand operating globally strongly urged to apply
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate at all levels across a business
