- Junior Merchandise Planner
- Merchandise Planner
- Senior Merchandise Planner
- Planning Manager
Whether you're in the early stages of your career or ready to step into a senior or leadership position, we want to hear from you.
What you could be doing (role dependent):
- Develop and manage seasonal budgets, forecasts, and Open-to-Buy plans.
- Analyse sales, margin, and stock performance to guide commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric assortment plans.
- Own allocation and replenishment strategies across retail and eCommerce channels.
- Lead, coach or mentor planning teams (for senior/management roles).
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting, and systems.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in merchandise planning, demand planning or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, JDA, Power BI or similar).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A passion for retail or wholesale, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
