Merchandise Planner - Luxury Eyewear

Location: Alexandria

Salary: $100-110k + Super

We're looking for a talented Merchandise Planner to join a dynamic, design-led business in Alexandria. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years' planning experience to drive commercial outcomes across key wholesale and retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage key accounts to meet OTB, sales budgets, stock turn, and rotation KPIs
• Forecast, replenish, and execute promotional plans to support optimal store performance
• Analyse seasonal performance, product mix, and range to identify growth opportunities
• Manage SKU lifecycle, including new product launches and end-of-season rotations
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Design, and Warehouse teams to maximise commercial results
• Prepare insightful planning reports and recommendations for senior leadership
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in merchandise or retail planning
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and organised with a focus on delivering results
• Experience with OTB, forecasting, and promotional planning
