Product Admin Assistant
Reporting to the Operations manager our Product Admin Assistant will provide administration support to the business - this role will start as a 6 month full time contract and ideally lead to a full-time opportunity within the business. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who has completed their studies in fashion and looking for a foot in the door, leading to multiple exciting opportunities within a well know and rapidly expanding Australian Fashion Business!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Operations manager with all admin associated with international markets
- Work across the business - for example with Marketing to ensure all packaging and labelling on garments is compliant in all markets sold in
- Ensure product execution is in line with Critical Path and therefore delivered to stores according to dates agreed in range reviews and confirmed by the buyer
- Work closely with production department on critical path management
- Management of samples as required
- Provide CAD/Tech Pack creation support to Buyer or assistant buyer when/if required
- Ensure the delivery schedule is up to date as required and distribute to the required team
- Work with the fit team and provide support as required
- Organise meetings and agendas for team as required
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Background in the quality / technical space would be an advantage
- Technical aptitude - ability to grasp technical concepts and details.
- Proven ability to work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Flexible and thrives on change and challenge.
- Innovative and creative.
- Strong planning, coordinating and administration skills.
- Strong communication skills
This role requires tertiary studies in fashion, CAD skills, an understanding and interest in fashion production and strong administration skills.
