Location: Rosebery | Employment Type: Monday-Friday | 9am-5:30pm

The Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and adaptable Office Administrator / Receptionist Support to keep the office running smoothly and make a great first impression for visitors and staff.
What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face of our office-greet visitors and manage calls.
Support the Customer Experience and Shared Services teams with admin tasks.
Handle mail, invoices, couriers, and meeting coordination.
Keep the office organised, tidy, and running efficiently.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as the business grows.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar role is a must.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems.
Positive, adaptable, and professional at all times.
