Office Administrator / Receptionist Support - PART TIME

Location: Rosebery

Employment Type: Monday-Friday | 8am-1pm

Hourly Rate: $30 per hour + super

Permanent part-time

The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and adaptable part-time Office Administrator / Receptionist Support to keep the office running smoothly and make a great first impression for visitors and staff.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face of our office-greet visitors and manage calls.
  • Support the Customer Experience and Shared Services teams with admin tasks.
  • Handle mail, invoices, couriers, and meeting coordination.
  • Keep the office organised, tidy, and running efficiently.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as the business grows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems.
  • Positive, adaptable, and professional at all times.
