Regional Manager

Our client is a market leader in the household appliance, furniture and technology space. The business has seen significant growth with ambitious expansion plans. As the Regional Manager you will be overseeing their stores across the Melbourne Metro area. This is a great opportunity to engage, coach and develop a dedicated team, whilst maximising sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Experience required:

• At least 3 years in Multi-site/Area Management (preferably Big Box retail)
• In-depth knowledge across KPI's and financial reporting
• Demonstrated skills in maximising sales and profit contribution
• Commercially astute
• Strong understanding across visual merchandising and stock management
• A people leader who can remain calm under pressure
