The Position

Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Director, this role provides strategic leadership and direction to a team of over 3000 people across NSW, ACT and QLD, with a focus on the following key areas of business:

• Executive leadership
• Community engagement
• Strategic planning
• Sales
• Stock management
• Expense management
• Workforce performance management and development
• Work health and safety
• Property portfolio development
• Partnerships and supplier management
• Waste management

You

As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:

• Successful track record in medium - large, multi-site, retail environment
• Qualifications and/or ongoing professional development in leadership, management and business
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a geographically diverse team
• Minimum 10 years' people management experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience at an executive leadership level
