This is a complex business that requires a financially astute, people leader to drive business growth within your store network. A proven track record in retail big box and multi site management is paramount to your success. Fashion and/or consumer goods experience preferred. You must have dynamic interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team leadership, complimented by commercial acumen and well developed financial understanding. The confidence to present to the executive team and to deliver results.

Dependant on experience, a generous salary package of $150-170K + super + car allowance + bonus is on offer.
