My client specialises in premium outdoor leisure products. They are looking to bring on-board a passionate Retail Manager with a strong sales and customer service skill-set. The role is multi-functional and requires good knowledge across merchandising, inventory management, OH+S, P+L analysis, business improvement, community engagement and team leadership. Ongoing training, development and support will be provided.

Requirements for the role;

• Ideally Senior Retail/Operations Management experience within a Big Box environment
• Excellent Sales and Customer Service expectations
• Adaptable to change and business improvement
• Financially astute
• Strong merchandising and stock control background
