With a strong commitment to offering top-notch value products paired with exceptional customer service, they are now seeking a dedicated Sales Administration & Customer Service Specialist to join their team as the face of the business.

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Sales Administrator/Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive role, and is content with maintaining a stable, consistent position without seeking upward mobility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer service inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers visiting the showroom, providing excellent service, product knowledge, and guidance.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including data entry and report generation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
