✨ What You'll Be Doing
Support the GM and sales team in strengthening pharmacy partner relationships, coordinating daily with third-party sales teams for consistent execution.
Manage orders, monitor stock levels, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate account records, contracts, and product listings.
Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and assist with forecasting to support strategic planning.
Deliver excellent service to partners and customers, assist with in-store activations, POS installations, events, and training support for pharmacy staff.
Coordinate new product launches and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
💡 What You'll Bring
1-3 years in sales coordination, account support, or customer service (beauty, wellness, FMCG, or pharmacy is a must).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, partners, and sales teams.
Ability to juggle deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
