Sales & Merchandise Coordinator - Apparel
About the role
As our Sales and Merchandise coordinator you will be a part of a small team working across the whole business, reporting into the sales manager, supporting the internal overseas buying office and planning team. You will have previous administration experience with high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous apparel planning experience essential.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the brand's sales, planning and buying teams, acting in a key support capacity
- Processing orders and updating relevant systems (admin)
- Management of sales, purchase orders, invoicing & delivery schedules
- Assist with product sampling and handling
- Keeping up to date with product information by working closely with other international departments to collate product information
- Product pricing analysis
- Reporting on major customer sell through rates
- Stock level reporting
- Maintaining and distributing regular performance reports
Requirements:
- Previous admin and apparel planning experience
- High attention to detail
- High level of organisational and planning skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Advanced excel skills
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Extremely well-organised and capable of managing multiple deadline
- Full right to work in Australia - MUST BE A CITIZEN OR HAVE PERMANENT RESIDENCY
