We are seeking a fabulous Sales Manager for the 1# store in the country Sydney International Airport.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Proven experience in Performance Management
• Training and Development of Team (70 staff +)
• Driving sales targets/KPI's within stores.
• Operationally savvy
• Big Box/Large Format - Retail background.
• "Lead from the Front" Attitude.
• Relationship building - External & Internal Departments/businesses.

What we need you to have:

• Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated skill in performance management, training and development.
• Operational savvy, proven sales results and hitting KPI targets.
• High-level communication skills.
• A passion for retail and the customer experience.
• Exceptional time management and a focus on store sales performance.
