Job description
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Engagement manager will lead the Contact centre to ensure the highest standards of customer experience is always maintained .
- This person will Improve and optimise the use of Zendesk, customer service technology within the business and really take ownership and drive this forward
- Undertake CS reporting to understand areas for customer experience improvement within the business and team

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 year's experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a very fast paced environment
- Must have experience working with Zendesk or pick up new systems VERY quickly
- High IT literacy in Magento, Braintree, Kount Fraud/Braintree, Retail Directions, Email and Live chat platforms, Phone system software or equivalent platforms
- Experience in a management role - managing a team of up to 10 people
