Showroom Manager

They have stores nationwide and set the benchmark in quality and customer service. An opportunity has opened for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Richmond location.

Experienced required

• Previous experience managing a large team within a high-end/luxury retail environment, preferably in furniture, homewares or interior design
• MUST have a strong sales ability and high energy
• Strong operational understanding across P+L analysis, stock management and inventory control, rostering and hiring/onboarding new staff
• MUST love working in a team environment and have great interpersonal skills

• Promote the brand and core values both internally and externally
• A continuous improvement approach to customer service
• Maximise sales
• Ensure costs are managed within budget
• Effectively manage inventory levels
• Where possible increase engagement with your team to drive positive results
