Job Title: Showroom Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our fashion showroom and support our public relations efforts. This role is essential in ensuring our showroom reflects our brand identity while also acting as a hub for media, influencers, and industry contacts. You will play a key role in building brand visibility through showroom activations, media engagement, and seamless event execution.

This job focus on 3 main areas

Showroom Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the fashion showroom, ensuring it is always styled, merchandised, and maintained to the highest standard.
• Manage sample inventory, coordinating trafficking and returns for stylists, media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate all showroom appointments and scheduling for press, buyers, stylists, and industry contacts.

Public Relations & Media Liaison

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and key industry players.
• Respond to press requests, manage sample loans, and ensure timely call-backs to support media and editorial opportunities.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute showroom-based and off-site events, including seasonal launches, influencer activations, media previews, and VIP styling sessions.
• Manage all event logistics including vendor coordination, budgets, run sheets, guest lists, and follow-up reporting.

About You:

• 1 year + in PR.
• Retail experience favoured
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and hospitality instincts.
