Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's narrative and engaging their audience across various platforms. You'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity and forward-thinking approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand's mission and values.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and grow their social media presence across different channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in their messaging.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience working in social in an agency, studio or in house.
• An excellent understanding of all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Youtube and BeReal.
• Understand and work within project parameters: business and brand goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule.
• A natural design sense for digital and how it applies to brands: layout, typography, imagery and messaging.
• Solid understanding of social and digital trends and be able to report on them in a timely manner in which the team can action.
• Excellent communication and creative skills
