Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to achieve KPI's
• Ensure all the company core values are continually embraced
• Adhere to company Visual Merchandising standards
• Stock control and inventory management is completed
• Assist with staff performance management

The Candidate

The successful candidate should possess/be:

• Minimum 3+ year's experience at a Store Manager level
• Proven track record of high sales and customer service levels
• Commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of P+L statements
• A passion for premium fashion retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and outstanding attitude, passion, and integrity
