The Role

An inspiring, passionate and driven Store Manager is required for their great Burnside location. The Store Manager will motivate, train and develop a dedicated sales team, whilst maintaining process compliance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong operational understanding and desire to lead from the front.

The successful candidate will have;

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably with a premium or luxury brand
• Proven background in delivering a high-level of customer service and great sales results
• KPI focused
• Strong business operations understanding
• Excellent communicator
