Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take ownership of your store's success by:

• Leading, inspiring, and developing your team to achieve sales and service excellence
• Creating an engaging, fashion-forward store experience
• Driving results through effective operations, visual merchandising, and team motivation
• Building strong relationships with customers and your retail community
• Taking pride in your store presentation and team culture

About You:

• You're a confident leader with a love for fashion and people. You bring:
• Proven retail management experience (fashion or accessories preferred)
• A track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales performance
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• An eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and customer service focus
• Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed
