Your role:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be a solution-focused leader who motivates and inspires teams to reach their full potential.

You'll:

• Coach and develop your teams to achieve sales and performance targets
• Translate strategy into action on the floor
• Build strong relationships with your team and customers
• Get hands-on with our beautiful collections

What we're looking for:

• Retail store management experience
• Proven ability to meet sales, wage, and performance targets
• Passion for coaching and developing teams
• Experience with performance management and roster execution
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Visual merchandising experience
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Fashion-savvy with an eye on trends
