THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a high-traffic outlet location in Essendon. This role suits a confident, resilient retail leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys developing teams, and knows how to balance people leadership with commercial outcomes. You will inherit a well-performing store with strong foot traffic and the opportunity to stabilise, elevate and further develop the team culture.

Day-to-Day
You will lead from the front, driving sales performance and key metrics while creating an engaging and motivating team environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching and developing a small but diverse team, strengthening customer relationships through active client engagement, and maintaining operational excellence across stock control, visual standards and daily store operations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to execute commercial strategies, manage challenges with confidence, and ensure the store consistently delivers strong results.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within outlet, high-volume or premium environments
* Strong people leadership capability with experience navigating change and building positive team culture
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales, KPIs and conversion
* Confidence managing stock-heavy operations and fast-paced trading days
* Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
* Experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous

SALARY
$75,000 - $78,000 base + Super + Attractive Monthly Sales Commissions and Bonuses
