Our client is an industry leader in Menswear fashion. They have proudly delivered a timeless style over the last 25 years, with a variety of products to complement any occasion. They are looking for driven and successful Store Managers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and KPI's, making adjustments to deliver targets
• Have a passion for high performance and commercial drive
• Demonstrate and contribute to a customer-first experience for all clients
• Coach and mentor team on product knowledge and improved customer engagement

The Candidate

The successful candidate should possess/be:

• Previous management experience in fashion retail
• Proven track record of KPI management
• Ability to lead, develop, and mentor team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive and outstanding attitude, passion, and integrity
