Contract dates: 24th September 2018 - 20th January 2019

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively managing all retail operations within the pop-up store
• Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's and sales targets
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
• Conducting staff training and coaching to drive performance
• Creating a fun and positive atmosphere for both your team and customers.

Experience Required

• Retail experience as a manager
• Proven ability to exceed set budgets & KPI's
• A positive and engaging personality with the ability to build relationships
• Effective time management with excellent people management skills
• Passion for Fashion!
