Concession Store Managers Sydney - women's international brand.

Our client is a leading international lingerie brand, and due to the brands extraordinary success here in Australia, they are expanding their store network. As such they are currently looking to recruit Store Managers for Bondi & Chatswood Concession locations. They are seeking experienced retail professionals, who will lead by example and support a team to deliver excellent service, uphold premium visual merchandise standards & to ensure customer satisfaction. Their ideal candidates will be passionate brand ambassadors who will drive the achievement of individual and store sales targets, with exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

As the Concession Manager you will oversee and ensure the smooth running and profitability of our client's concession store, in line with both the brand & the department store standards, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Assistants by providing training and leadership and to act as an ambassador for the brand. Providing customers with the highest level of customer service as well as meeting store sales targets whilst being up to date with new products.

This position requires an applicant with the following skills & experience

• Prior experience as a Retail or Concession Store Manager.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
• Exceptional people management skills and proven ability of developing your team's skills set.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
• Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.
• Experience in the lingerie industry is ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.
