The Role

An experienced Warehouse/Operations Manager is required to oversee a team of 10-15 staff at their distribution location in the Northern suburbs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where everyday is different. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure their high standards of delivery and distribution are met in a timely and effective manner.

Key duties of the role include:

• Arranging daily workload and managing store men
• Customer Service
• Ordering consumables
• Prioritising daily orders and liaising with repairers
• Arranging trucks and shipping containers
• Interviewing new recruits
• Pick and Pack

Experience required:

• At least 3 years Warehouse Management experience
• Strong leadership, delegation and customer service skills
• A proven background leading teams of 10+ staff
• A good understanding across pick + packing orders
