THE ROLE
An opportunity exists for a CRM Specialist to join the digital marketing team and support the development and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns across global markets. Reporting to a senior leader, you will play a key role in strengthening customer engagement, improving retention, and supporting international growth through targeted and data-driven communication strategies.

You will work closely with marketing, analytics, creative and technology teams to develop highly personalised campaigns that enhance the customer journey and increase lifetime value.

Day-to-Day

  • Plan and deliver CRM campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention and loyalty across multiple international markets.
  • Build targeted customer journeys and lifecycle communications using segmentation and behavioural insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Continuously refine targeting, messaging and automation flows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support broader CRM strategy initiatives designed to strengthen market share and revenue growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Approximately 4+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation and lifecycle campaign strategy.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Comfortable working with customer data, behavioural insights and performance metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, creative and technical teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.

SALARY
$110,000 - $130,000 base salary (depending on experience) + Super.
