The Opportunity

As Global Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their global wholesale strategy. Reporting directly to the founders, you'll lead with a clear commercial lens, while staying deeply connected to the soul of the brand. You'll own everything from partner relationships and pricing architecture to identifying new markets and developing brand-aligned sales strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the global wholesale strategy and execution
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key international stockists and agents
  • Partnering with the brand and comms teams to align storytelling with sales goals
  • Managing seasonal sell-ins, forecasting, pricing, and margin targets
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and go-to-market strategies across regions
  • Representing the brand at key global trade shows and events
