The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a small, close-knit team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly - supporting doctors, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive, efficient environment that patients and practitioners value.

In this role, you'll:

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate rosters for 2-3 team members

• Support 3 doctors (2 full-time, 1 part-time) with scheduling and onboarding

• Lead reception and patient services with warmth and professionalism

• Manage clinic supplies, facilities, and supplier relationships

• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and operational efficiency

• Monitor clinic KPIs and assist with reporting as needed

The Offer

💰 $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
