Product Manager - Homeware & Furniture

Are you ready to shape the future of homeware and furniture? My client is on the hunt for a dynamic Product Manager to their team and take charge of creating innovative, sustainable, and stylish products that people love. If you're passionate about slow fashion, sustainability, and working with talented designers, this is the role for you!

About the Role: As the Product Manager, you'll play a critical role at the heart of their business. From analyzing their current product range to leading the development of new designs, you'll oversee every step of the product lifecycle - from ideation and prototyping to supply chain integration. Your work will ensure they're creating high-quality, mindful, and sustainable products that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & Improve: Evaluate current products and find exciting opportunities for improvement.
  • New Product Development: Identify fresh product ideas and manage their journey from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with independent designers and partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Production Oversight: Manage prototyping, testing, and manufacturing, working with teams in Vietnam and the US.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Travel to factories for real-time feedback and to optimize the production process.

What they're Looking For:

  • Experience in homeware and furniture product development, with a keen eye for materials and manufacturing.
  • A passion for slow fashion and sustainable design that's all about quality over quantity.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with designers, factories, and supply chain teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in role responsibilities.

Work on innovative, sustainable products that make a difference. Be part of a collaborative, hands-on team with plenty of room to grow and make an impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and wants to help build beautiful products with purpose. Ready to dive in and make a mark in the world of homeware and furniture? Apply today by sending your CV to nicoleg@tshr.com.au
