Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Global Women's Fashion Brand

We are partnering with a global women's fashion brand to appoint an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager, a true digital "gun" who can drive best-in-class performance outcomes while leading and nurturing a growing team.

This is a pivotal role in a successful fashion business, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure and stability, and knows how to balance hands-on execution with strong, considered leadership.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will take ownership of the performance marketing function, overseeing a team of four.

The role is on-the-tools performance marketing, ensuring all digital activity is optimised, commercial, and delivering strong ROI. You will also focuses on leadership and team management, acting as a supportive and steady buffer between the junior digital team and senior leadership.

This is a high-impact role where you will:

  • Lead and manage the digital team (CRM Specialist and Paid Social Coordinators)
  • Liaise with key agency partners including TikTok and Meta
  • Bring clarity, structure, and commercial rigour to performance strategy
  • Optimise paid channels to drive scalable, profitable growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
  • Own and optimise paid performance channels (Meta, TikTok and beyond)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivering against ROAS and revenue targets
  • Drive testing, scaling, and channel expansion
  • Monitor and refine full-funnel performance strategies
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide guidance, structure, and mentorship to the digital team
  • Create a supportive, nurturing team environment
  • Implement processes and accountability frameworks
  • Build strong working relationships with agency partners
  • Hold agencies accountable to performance targets
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on strategy

  • Experienced in managing and developing junior talent
  • Confident working in a fast-paced business
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
  • Experience within a founder-led or entrepreneurial business is highly desirable.
