ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting a full-time Accounts Coordinator on behalf of our client to join a prestigious fashion accessories business known for its highly regarded global luxury brands, local labels, and commitment to sustainability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and manage key customer relationships in a dynamic environment.

  • Sales and Account Management: Proactively manage and grow customer accounts through effective communication via phone and virtual meetings, driving sales and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Effectively manage and expand customer accounts through phone and virtual meetings.
  • Sales Campaigns: Prepare and communicate sales campaigns, pricing proposals, and seasonal promotions.
  • Product Knowledge: Discuss new product ranges and best sellers in line with the latest trends.
  • Customer Service: Coordinate with support teams to provide exceptional service and support business growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in account management or customer service, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

SALARY:

$65K - $75K + Super & bonus.
