We prefer to listen to what you want, communicate our expertise when needed and then work with you as we search through our database (which includes candidates not only across Australia but also all of Asia pacific as well as the UK, South Africa and the Middle East ) to contact our exclusive referred candidates and/or research the market for a target list of potential suitable candidates that we can headhunt for you.

After we have done our due diligence (which includes discussing the brief with all potential candidates), we will shortlist candidates who are relevant, motivated, qualified and a culture fit for the needs of your organisation.

We maintain a tight focus on the sectors we know, understand and have both expertise and an enviable reputation in – retail, fashion, textile, beauty, consumer, wholesale and digital.

All our staff are handpicked and have appropriate qualifications and experience as well as a passion for the sector they recruit in. Each member recruits in a specialist area - such as marketing, accounting, store management, buying, merchandise planning, design, production, digital and Ecommerce, supply chain, sales - where through 500 plus interviews per year they build a database or community of candidates based on a reputation as being the expert in that area. Many of our candidates are referrals and a significant portion choose to work with us exclusively to notify, advise and then represent them to the best options available.

By building this expertise in specific sectors - such as fashion, wholesale, retail, textile, consumer, beauty and consumer, each consultant can add real value based on market knowledge allowing us to advise on remuneration, skills shortages or likely timeframes. By having a face to face meeting when we take the client brief, by asking you for an up-to-date Job Description before we start (if you don’t have one our HR team can assist you) by confirming your remuneration strategy is competitive and by advising you on the best recruitment methodology for each specific position,  we maximise your ability to get the right person for the right position.
