- Have you had 2 to 3 years retail/hospitality management experience , within a BIG BOX retailer is ideal yet not essential.
- Success in the achievement of sales, wages and gross profit results.
- A retail merchant who understands stock management including merchandising, shrinkage prevention etc.
- A hands on leaders with evidence of coaching and training staff.
- Are you solutions based and data driven?
- Have you had success in developing a sales culture and resolving customer complaints?
