Our client is a global luxury Beauty/Cosmetics brand known for their superior quality. They create distinctive brands and experiences that make people dream.

They are looking for a dynamic self-starter, with a "can-do" attitude who has the initiative to work collaboratively with the wider business.

The role reports into the Marketing Manager and manages a portfolio of brands. Developing & implementing the brand & communications strategy, in order to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

You will lead development and implementation of annual plans in collaboration with the team for Brands under your responsibility. Proactively anticipating gaps in the plan which cannot be fulfilled by launches and proposing programs to activate the brand both ATL and BTL.

Responsibilities include:

Provide monthly reports locally and globally on net sales, retail sales and competitor analysis performance in the market.

Lead key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of agreed plans and initiatives

Develop and deliver strategy presentations to key accounts and at sales conferences

Identifying new growth opportunities & innovation platforms for the business

Developing and leading the strategic marketing plan

Managing the PR activity, marketing activations, and retailer partnerships

Liaise with the PR agency to help implement the different activations

Lead media planning in collaboration with Marketing Manager, adapting the global media strategies to fit regional market realities.

Working either directly with media agencies (global and/or local) on media campaign implementation; ensuring alignment with brand and market strategy

This position requires an applicant with need skills in Marketing for retail as follows:

Solid experience in a brand management, category management or similar level marketing role (minimum 3 years)

Luxury/FMCG background highly regarded

Tertiary marketing degree in marketing

Understanding of marketing strategy execution

Experience working within the relevant channel of distribution

A solid understanding of margins and pricing structures

Extremely organized with experience of managing and executing a yearly calendar of marketing activity on time and on budget

Strategic and creative thinker.

Team management experience.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
