Role Overview:

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to deliver personalized and exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and personalized offers.
