We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Manager, who is driven and enthusiastic in delivering a high-quality experience with customers Online and in store.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensure all Online & Retail Store orders are delivered on time and the customer is 100% satisfied and to quickly resolve any customer, delivery or operational issues.
- Professionally handle online, phone & retail store customer sales inquiries and ensure that all customer records, purchase orders, delivery instructions, and product information and descriptions are accurate.
- Strive for continuous improvement in our operations by identifying areas in processes, products or systems that can be made more efficient, user friendly, and ultimately, provide a more exceptional customer experience.
What we need you to have:
- Minimum 1-5year's experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal skills
- Highly organised
- Outstanding face to face customer service
- High attention to detail
- Systems ordinated
- Experience with Help desk platforms & Point of sales systems
