About the Client
Our client is a local retail start-up, specialising in automotive parts and accessories. The company is experiencing exponential growth and has recently moved into a new office in Castle Hill to support their growth. They are now looking for new recruits to join their ever-expanding company and help support the team as a Customer Service Specialist.
Career Overview
The client is looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role and is as passionate about all things automotive. You will be working in the office, tending to clients via the phone, email or on the website's web-chat. Flexible remote working is also available.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Interactions with customers via the phone and online
- Meeting personal and team sales targets and call KPIs
- Assist in the placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Handling general enquiries as well as customer issues
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience working in retail or a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively individually and in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Has a passion for vehicles and willingness to learn
- Experience in an automotive store is highly regarded, but not essential
