About the Brand and Culture

This role is responsible for two locations, including the Flagship Store across the Melbourne CBD. They are a client first brand, ensuring an outstanding experience for their loyal customer base. With two locations, this is a great step into multi-site management for experienced store managers looking for career progression.

The Role

This role is responsible for full store performance, including but not limited to delivering on KPI's, rostering, visual merchandising, training and development, coaching, training and hiring. This company has a loyal customer base, and you will be key in maintaining, growing, and developing both current and new relationships.

A Successful Candidate

Strong leader in their ability to lead team and deliver sales. This person will be key in ensuring budgets and KPI's are met thru training and development. You should also have a sharp eye for store presentation and be customer service focused. With two stores to look after, you will need to have great time management with excellent people skills.
