eCommerce Support Specialist
Our client is one of Australia's leading retailers producing modern trend-led fashion. This role will be supporting the Digital and IT teams on new initiatives and projects, you test a wide range of technical eCommerce skills. Spanning from the eCommerce Platform to all back-end support systems, CRM & Personalisation engines.
The eCommerce support Specialist role is responsible for:
* Learn inside & out the tech stack to upkeep of all product feeds, stock customer and pricing feeds.
* Provide technical support for any issues, bugs, outages and feature fails.
* Effectively troubleshoot and identify application, integration and infrastructure issues.
* Work with external agencies to log dev tickets, coordinate fixes, and report back to business accordingly.
* Update of PIM, data feeds and assist external agency with integrations as needed.
* Ownership and management of shared advertising platforms across the group, including; Tealium, GTM, Adobe Analytics.
* Assist with onboarding of new agency engagements to the business, on-going management of tagging, tracking and event triggers.
* Recommend on eCommerce development initiatives that improve effectiveness of acquisition, onsite usability and conversion.
* Creating and following User Acceptance Testing as needed.
This position requires an applicant with skills in
Requirements:
* BA in IT/Digital or equivalent.
* Experience with eCommerce Platforms (Magento 2), Channel Managers, Product Information Management (PIM) Systems and middleware a must.
* 2+ Year's experience in eCommerce and/or IT environments
* HTML5, CSS, XML & JS (JSON and various JS frameworks including JQuery)
* Adaptability to employ a wide range of technologies.
* SQL capability (desirable)
* Proficiency and knowledge with Google Analytics.
* Experience in implementing tracking and tagging solutions.
