BRAND MANAGER

FASHION - BRAND MANAGER - NOT FOR PROFIT - MAKE A SOCIAL IMPACT

Our client is a is a not-for-profit that merges art and community with fashion and the ancient practice of Bilum weaving. Their Bilum bags are sustainably produced and consciously crafted. Each bag is unique, a one-of-a-kind work of art, and we are dedicated to preserving and promoting this craft on a global platform whilst giving back to the weavers.

Within this brand an opportunity exists for a Brand Manager wanting the freedom to further develop their career - whilst making a valid contribution to the business - by utilising their expertise and fresh perspective on how to achieve company objectives.

The role is ideally suited to a hands on person who wants to grow and run the business to take it to the next level. It's someone who would have a digital marketing background combined with wholesale sales management experience.

Most importantly it needs to be someone who is passionate about textiles, fashion, culturally sensitive, loves to travel, loves colour, has an eye for design and is interested in the not for profit side.

You will be the first point of contact for any marketing from social media and are able to represent the brand. Looking at Running Instagram to boost sales and running the influencer strategy

Collaborations with other creatives in media and fashion. Creating beautiful collateral for the brand like books, postcards, EDMs, graphic design experience would be great.

Range planning and working on a buying and design strategy as well as working on costings and presenting projections for board meetings. Improving stock management and improve systems and procedures and creating ranges to sell online that are different to the Paris showroom.

Requirements for the role:

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate thorough apparel product knowledge and its application. You will have a history of achievement throughout the industry and be known for your excellence in building internal and external relationships.

This autonomous role requires highly developed planning and organisational skills to complement your proven business-sales acumen. Above all, energy, passion, and commitment to this fashion company will see you succeed.

You will be an needs all-rounder - someone who is interested in working for a Not For Profit, but who has experience in fashion, operations, marketing, wholesale, retail.
