Our client is a Premium High-end international label, who has been providing premium handbags for over 100 years. Leading the way with classic, polished and trendy designs with high quantity fabrications across all ranges.

We are seeking an amazing IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT Team in HQ.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guide and support employees relating to computer operation and IT issue resolution
  • Provide 1st level desktop, server and Point of Sale support for employees in our retail network and support office
  • Manage IT service tickets and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support with administering CISCO network and systems monitoring tools
  • Support with installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Assist with active directory, email, file storage and other office-based platforms
  • Involvement and opportunity to support with internal IT transformation projects
  • Work closely with external vendor relationships
  • Build strong working relationships with support office and store-based employees

What we need you to have:

  • Minimum 1-2 year's experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Servers 2008 - 2016
  • Experience in Office 365 and MS Office applications
  • Prior experience with MAC desktop hardware
  • Exposure to Active Directory and LAN networks
  • Understanding of mobile device management
  • Ability to autonomously resolve 1st level faults and escalations
  • Proactive, efficient and strong service approach
  • Ability to multi-task and work comfortably within a team and fast pace environment
  • Excellent communications skills, professional, enthusiastic and can do attitude
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of fashion retail industry
