Junior Planner - Fashion Retail
Location: Pyrmont, Sydney

We're on the lookout for a Junior Planner to support the Merchandise Planning team for a retail fashion brand based in Pyrmont. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your planning career in a fast-paced retail environment, working alongside a dynamic, experienced team who will help you grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Planning team in analysing sales, stock, and customer trends
• Assist in maintaining Open-to-Buy (OTB) documents and product performance trackers
• Help build range plans and stock allocations based on data and insights
• Monitor in-season performance and support markdown or promotional strategies
• Work cross-functionally with Buying and Planning to ensure right product, right time, right place
• Prepare reporting and dashboards to assist with trade meetings and business decisions
• Contribute to store grading plans and replenishment strategies

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience in retail or a similar planning/analytical role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage deadlines
• Passionate about retail, fashion, and data-led decision making
• A proactive team player who's eager to learn and contribute
• Exposure to or knowledge of merchandise planning or inventory systems is a plus
