Job Description

The Client

Our client is an On-Trend retailer of Men's and Ladies Apparel and Accessories, well known for their comfortable fabrics and casual street style. Currently looking to secure a strong commercial leader for their Southern NSW Territory from Sydney Airport to the ACT.

Scope of the Role

  • 12 stores across the Southern NSW Territory- including Bega and ACT
  • 12 direct reports at Store Manager level and a greater team of approx. 90 people

Style and Fit

  • A dynamic person with drive, energy and a genuine concern and regard for people
  • A patient and respectful person with a collaborative nature to ensure buy-in
  • Well presented, ability to work autonomously, strong financial acumen and LAM experience

Background and Experience

  • Recent and demonstrated multi-site management experience in Specialty Fashion Retail
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with teams, motivating, leading and coaching
  • Strong attention to detail, high efficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused, deliver a well-developed training methodology and sales techniques
  • Results driven individual with ability to leverage change and growth from data analysis
  • End to end responsibility (P&L, Recruitment, Training, Management and Support)
  • Ability to source 'on brand' retail professionals and train teams to brand values
  • A tactical, hands on style and skill in development and implementation of structure
  • Forward thinking and progressive manager, open to tech savvy innovation
  • Ability to manage from the store, work on the business and maximise time with each Store Manager
  • Mon-Fri schedule, 8:30-5:30 or store hours as scheduled, available by phone on weekends

Salary Guide and Benefits

  • $110,000 package including Fully Maintained Vehicle and fuel, toll and parking cards
  • Phone/Laptop as tools of trade
  • This role is also eligible for a performance bonus and clothing benefits
