We're seeking a confident and commercially driven Regional Manager to oversee 7-10 stores across NSW. This is a key leadership role, suited to someone with experience in high-ticket, solution-based retail environments. You'll report into the National Manager and lead a team of passionate sales professionals focused on building customer trust and closing sales through genuine consultation.
Lead and support Store Managers to deliver on sales and service targets
Drive a consultative sales culture focused on customer outcomes
Coach teams to sell with confidence and commercial awareness
Ensure operational excellence across the region
Collaborate with key head office teams to optimise performance
Strong multi-site retail leadership experience (ideally 7+ stores)
Background in consultative, considered sales environments
Experience leading teams selling high-value, design-led or home lifestyle products
Hands-on and present leader who coaches in real-time
High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
Strong base remuneration, total package incl. super, generous bonus and car allowance
Short-Term Incentive of up to $60K annually
