Our Client is a Successful textile business with a passion for designing fashionable fabrics for the Australasian markets ensuring their customers can purchase the best value products with the highest quality service. They are seeking a Sales Administration & Customer Service specialist who will be the face of the business.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join a team as a Sales Administrator/Customer Service representative. This role combines crucial customer service responsibilities with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer service inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers visiting the showroom, providing excellent service, product knowledge, and guidance.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including data entry and report generation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained.


  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
